New here, and thought I'd introduce myself. It had never occured to me that there might be a Commodore forum; I stumbled upon the place while looking for KIM1 schemmys, but am pleased that I did.
I'm Jim, I'm a fat, aging, electronics geek who's first real love was a PET. I've had (and modded) many models over the years - but of course now they're getting scarce. I've recently managed to find a 2001 with upgrade ROM, C64. dual floppys, and a box of assorted toys but I'm still trying to find an intermittent lockup glitch on the 2001 mobo. I'm also still searching for a (or a few
) 4016 or 4032's but no luck yet.Anyway, good to be here and glad to see the old hardware still has a following. Maybe I can be of use now and again.
