Problem with mi Commodore 1541 (250442)

Hi:
Im fixing my Floopy, cause some time ago I notice that when I turn it on, a funny smell came out. To that I find the c15 burned, and now the floopy is not working, so I look up for the schematics in the service manuals, but I couldnt see what is are the specif. of this component.
