Commodore / Nedfield / Tulip Bankrupt

On a thread in this forum relating to Tulip/Nefield not getting paid for its sale of Commodore to YMV in 2004, "K.C." provided a Dutch only press release stating the Nedfield has officially gone into Bankruptcy.

In the summer of 2009, Nedfield apparently regained control of Commodore and even though C= stock is still trading at about one cent on http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/qu ... ymbol=cdrl I think we can state that Commodore is dead again.

If anyone has knowledge of what is going on at Commodore Nefield/Tulip, please post your information here or send me an email and I will post it anonomously.

On 29 June 2009 requested provisional suspension of payment by Nedfield plc and Nedfield holding company Ltd is on 3 September 2009 by the court in Utrecht, converted into a bankruptcy.
Former of the Mr. Groenewegen has been appointed by the court as curator. Moreover the cooling period has been extended with a period of 2 months, as a result of which continue the cooling period up to 03 November 2009.

The consequences as a result of this pronouncement are at this moment not yet valuing Nedfield in. As soon as clarity there is more, Nedfield this will communicate by means of a press bulletin.

Nedfield N.V (Nedfield) have today requested 29 June 2009 suspension of payment at the court in Utrecht for both themselves and for its subsidiary company Nedfield holding company LTD the court has granted then provisional suspension of payment and of the appointed.
Nedfield want its shareholders inform that the planned extraordinary meeting of shareholders, who it has been planned for morning 30 June 2009 is to come expire. As soon as clarity there is more, Nedfield will make this confessed.
