I am narrowing the search for the new venue. It looks like the best area would be around Northridge, California.

So far, California State University Northridge is in the running for its meeting space. Pierce College is out because of a 4-hour time limit. I may take a cue from the Amiwest Show and look for a meeting space in a hotel (Amiwest uses a Holiday Inn Express).
