New CAPTCHA for New Visitors

Sadly I see the dirtbags have figured out how to get around our registration process again soooooo, I have just changed the CAPTCHA (type in what you see in the badly formed picture) system to verify you are human.

I suppose this is a never ending struggle but it does get annoying all the same.

THIS WILL ONLY EFFECT NEW REGISTRATIONS (i.e. not existing users)
