How do I back up easily?

Post by Gambit »

I just bought 80 original disks, mostly games, on eBay. They are of course fairly old so I would like to back them up somehow and save the originals someplace and just use the backups.

Is the only way to back them up is by using some sort of disk cracking program?

I occasionally find the disk cracking programs for sale on eBay, so if necessary I can buy one to backup the disks.

You could offer them to Peter Rittwage of the Commodore 64 (C64) Preservation Project who will add them to his archive and provide you with backups. He's also the person to ask about making backups as he'll know what methods to use for which programs.
Call me Golan; my parents did.
