In order to compile PC64Dos, you must have MSVC 1.xx and MASM 6.1a installed on your computer. As Microsoft has stopped selling these compilers in 1994, there is no official way to get them today. In order to compile PC64Win, you'll need Visual C++ 4.2. You don't need the WinG and DirectX development kits because all necessary files are included with PC64S215.zip. The source code for PC64Win is not "ready to compile" like the source code for PC64Dos is. Development has been stopped in the middle of a transition process between different versions of the EDK. Therefore you may need a few weeks of fiddling around with it to get it compiled and working.
