Black Hat USA 2013, the convention for those into network security, is happening July 27-August 1 at Caesar's Palace, and its opening days will overlap CommVEx. Hopefully, CommVEx will pick up an attendee (or more) from Black Hat.

I tried to convince Mitch Z. of The Other Group of Amigoids to bring his other Black Hat friends to CommVEx. He doesn't think they would be interested, but he won't even try. Oh, well, maybe he'll appear during the Friday night set-up when he's not doing Black Hat stuff.
