Commodore.ca: The PET, VIC, 128, 64 & More Forum

Among Commodore 2001-8K chiclet PETs, are there certain chiclet PETs that are worth more then others (condition of the PET aside)? If so, how is this determined? Two chiclet PETs just sold on Ebay, but for two entirely different prices: One chiclet PET went for over $900 and the other for over $200. Why so big a difference? Is there a website that explains all this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Don't use eBay as an indicator of price or value. Bids and selling prices fluctuate wildly based on how big of an idiot you're able to snag.

I bought that clicket for $900 and its a beautiful machine. I got another one for parts cant remember what I paid for it I think it was around $200.

If you see one best grab it because I don't see them come on too often.
