6550 memory chips

Post by Personable85 »

Does anyone have or know where I can buy MOS MPS 6550 memory chips for a 2001-8K chiclet PET? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Dunno off hand, but might want to see if it was used elsewhere though - you might be shocked. For example, the 2114 although it hasn't probably been produced since I was a lad is still suprisingly common - found, and usually socketed no less - in old PC cards. Value Village is as valid a hunting ground as ebay. Helluva lot cheaper too.
