Not sure of the date, but it sure looks like a radio you might find in the Leave it to Beaver or I Love Lucy days. It looks really old.

That is a different Commodore.

However, pre-1980 Commodore did produce/brand some unusual product in its early days:







they were a real player in the office storage business from the Canadian manufacturing facility:
