Forum Updated Again

We have had a considerable bump in the number of spammers in recent weeks (HUGE thanks to Robert Bernardo for moderating these a-holes out!!!). At any rate I just dumped about 200 accounts and updated the Forum to the latest software (released just 2 weeks ago).
This version has only bug fixes and security improvements so I hope this change will reduce the number of posts Robert gets stuck dumping.
