Updated Several Pages To Reflect Jack Tramiels Death

I have been avoiding this for some time but I recieved a few emails asking for "the update". As much as I did not want to make the changes, I felt it was disrespectful to leave the references stating Jack was still alive.
In addition to a few minor changes elsewhere on the site I have added a simplified timeline of Jack Tramiels life at the end of
