Help with CCS64 Emulator & Using Cheat Codes!!

Greetings fellow C64 folk...
I've managed to track down some cheats for a C64 game I have, however I'm having trouble running them.
The site says to load the game, then enter the codes - what I can't figure out is how I enter the codes once the game has loaded.
Any ideas? (I'm probably overlooking something REALLY obvious!)
