a couple years ago i picked up a mint c64 (white one that looks like the amiga 5OO). i removed the seal check it for operation and put it back in its box. it has everything a new commodore 64 came with from the warranty card to the owners manual. it has been stored in its original box with styrofoam in a cool dry closet. i have no way to recheck it for proper operation. if you can use it or want it, please make me an offer by email. thanks much

Have you looked at the computer (it sounds like a 64c) lately? Is it still a nice cream colour or has it turned a more yellowish colour? Even without exposure to light or airborne pollutants, some Commodores are prone to discolouration which makes it somewhat less desirable.
