We have LOWERED the approval threshold to just 1. That means after we approve ONE of your posts, you are good to go! I am excited to see if we can move that to ZERO in the near future.

Good Day;
In the last two weeks alone I have deleted more than 125 fake/bot/spammer accounts and with our moderators Wiskow and Robert Bernardo, deleted more than 300 fake/bot/spammer posts. In spite of requiring CAPTCHA tests and email verification, these "jerks" are getting around our security. This is annoying all OUR Members and worse, it is give these "jerks" a voice.
Enough is Enough.
To make OUR forum run smoothly we now have the first TWO posts, from a new Member, go to an approval queue. After the new Member clicks SUBMIT on a new post/reply, the following message is displayed
"This message has been submitted successfully, but it will need to be approved by a moderator before it is publicly viewable. You will be notified when your post has been approved."
After there first two posts are approved, they can post without restrictions just like everyone else.
These changes will have NO IMPACT on Members who registered before today (Sunday Feb 6 2011).
The moderators will do their best (and that includes me) to quickly approve the real messages and reject the spammers but we can only do this every day or so. As such, if you are a new Member, PLEASE be patient, we will get to your post as soon as possible and we DO want your input and questions.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this will cause but I just don't see another viable option to block these idiots at this time.

The easiest way around this is to make two posts on your first day. From then on you will be good to go.
