Disk Drive ALignment

Drive alignment.. this is giving me a headache.. i have been tring for three days to make tiny adjustments to the drive.. it never works.. where cna i get an old drive aligned.. can anyone still do this/

If you are trying to perform this manually, it will be quite difficult to successfully complete.
You can buy an alignment disk on ebay for a few dollars:
