New Commodore Gone???

Does anyone know if new Commodore in the Netherlands is officially dead?
Excluding one person (who I am trying to talk to right now), all of my inside contacts are gone. I can not seem to raise http://www.commodorecorp.com or http://www.commodoreworld.com. WhoIs on the domains still show they are owned by Commodore and use yeahronimo.com support email addresses (which do not resolve).
CommodoreGaming.com still resolves and several EU publications have positive and recent reviews of their product. http://stuff.tv/review/commodore-xx/ A summer 08 press release shows these PC's are now available in the US and Canada is expected "soon". http://www.commodoregaming.com/pcshop/N ... to+US.aspx
Commodore stock is still actively trading but PinkSheets show no recent "news" to explain what is happening to the company. Nedfield/Tulip still shows the September take over press release http://tulip.com/?cms=17 but on their history page, they do not even mention Commodore (see right panel of http://tulip.com/?cms=75)
