64er - breadbox - repair advice need

Hi!
my sixty-foer get itchy-glitchy =(
LOAD game - first file load then run and then - computer hangs. any game or demos...
i use Voltmeter on some big chips - have 4.2 volts supply (need 5v AFAIK)
is low-voltage guilty?
and what may broke 6526 - no space. i change 6526 install "new" - but space - absent. i beat then beat, beat, but - nothing happens. =(
