i see'd cp\m-commander on the ZX-about websites.
CP\M Commander
maybe NCC (Norton Commander Clone) for commodore cp\m already ported? or maybe CPMC can be run on the C128?

For CP/M yes, but not specifically for the C128.
There's a project called File Commander for CP/M version 0.95 developed and released by Heiko Poppe, in January 2021.

I think the main challenge is to put the .com and the other necessary files into a CP/M FDD image or in a CP/M formatted real floppy disk.
