Due to the on-going pandemic and the unavailability of our venue, the Living Computers: Museum + Labs, this year's Pacific Commodore Expo 2020 has been postponed. Watch the PaCommEx website at http://www.portcommodore.com/pacommex for any further updates.

Here is an update (posted in late May) in regards to our museum venue --
https://www.livingcomputers.org/Closure.aspx
Tonight I will be in a telephone conference, and one of those in the conference is from the museum. I will see if there is hope that the museum will reopen.

Re: Pacific Commodore Expo NW 2020 - postponed
Last night, July 29, I talked to one of the contact people at the Living Computers: Museum + Labs where we have PaCommEx. The museum is o.k. financially. It was closed just because of Covid. The contact person says that as soon as they get out of Covid restrictions, the museum can reopen, and he is eager to have PaCommEx return. However, Seattle is barely dipping into Phase II of reopening, and museums are not in Phase II. He estimates that it could be anywhere between 12 to 18 months before the museum can reopen.

Still no word on when our venue, the Living Computers: Museum + Labs will reopen. As of today, Washington State is in phase 3 of Covid restrictions. Indoor facilities, like museums, can open at a maximum of 400 people or 50% capacity, whichever is less.
