EPROM Programming

Help! I want to create my own cartridges for the VIC20. In short, I want to program my own ROMs. What do I need to do? What hardware do I need? What chips should I buy? Will a modern EPROM Programmer like the Willem Programmer do the job? Any light you can shed on this topic is greatly appreciated!

Hi,

I'm not really a VIC20 expert, but I'm pretty sure the about that 2764A (8kbyte) and Motorola 68766 EPROMs were used in VIC20 cartridges
in the old days. Theoretically the 2768A EPROM is supported by Willem programmer. Both mentioned EPROMs can be erased by exposuring
the chip surface to short wave UV light for 15-20 minutes.
