Whoops! It seems that my followup to your other post was premature. The problem is that Jeff, the admin of PETSCII forums, is the only guy that can approve accounts (we moderators can't do that) and he is very busy dealing with some personal issues (I can relate to that) so administrative tasks get dealt with whenever he has spare time.
