Double-ick! Friday, received a message on the answering machine from a *new* person at the Plaza Hotel catering dept.. Larry and I went to the catering office today, and first met up with Kathryn who had trouble finding our records. At this month's FCUG meeting, I gave our treasurer the final numbers on CommVEx v3. To my way of reckoning, we broke even on the show. However, unlike last year's CommVEx in which we had a carry-over of monies to devote to this year's show, there will be no carry-over for next year's show. That means we'll have to work extra hard to make sure that CommVEx v4 pays for itself.I wrote:Too bad we can't spend anymore for CommVEx!
