Truly,
Right. We at the Fresno Commodore User Group have many monitors in storage, and if you are in California (Los Angeles area, Central Valley, San Francisco area), we could probably get a monitor to you.Seagull wrote:Even better if you're located somewhere close to where there's a Commodore user group, as they tend to get donations of such items, and sell them at great prices (tested!), to help with costs associated with group operations and such.
Heh, for the PC box of my CommodoreOne, I've considered going to a local trophy shop and have a metal badge (in relief) made for it. I just haven't done it yet.Seagull wrote:Yes, never a big fan of the Commodore 'sticker'

Truly,
Oh, it's very fun for the attendees (less fun for me, because I have to do all the coordination).Seagull wrote:I've seen highlights from some of the previous shows, and it definitely looks like a great weekend of fun!
There can never be enough!Seagull wrote:...can there ever be 'enough' Commodore shows to enjoy?
My right-hand man was absent at last year's CommVEx, so there was more pressure on me than ever. There was a first-time left-hand man helping me out last year, but it was a bit too much for him as a newbie....I definitely can imagine that you would have your hands full, coordinating an event like that, but hopefully you have a bit of help...
