"Commodore: a Company on the Edge" eBook change imminent

Just a heads up that the eBook price for "Commodore: a Company on the Edge" will be changing in about two weeks.

Currently it is listed on Kindle for $9.99, but a distributor will be taking over duties for distributing the book across all eBook formats in the future (including the Apple book store, Kobo, Sony eReader, etc) and they will be setting the price from now on. They are discussing something in the neighborhood of $19.99, although usually eBook sellers like Kindle offer a large discount, so the final price might be something like $12.99 (but that is just a rough guess).

Anyway, I wanted to warn the community so no one is caught off guard about the change. I hope everyone who has read the book has enjoyed it!

Did this ever go anywhere? Neither version of the book is available on the iBooks or Kindle stores. Is there another place to buy eBook versions?

Unfortunately there is a dispute between my distributor and Amazon over Kindle pricing that has been ongoing since February 2012:

Amazon ended up pulling down all the Kindle books from my distributor, but hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I'm a little surprised it isn't available on iBooks yet. The ePub format should be available everywhere for eReaders other than Kindle. I'll ask my distributor to confirm it has been released.

I am trying to buy this on Amazon, but it says the page is not available. I have been trying since last night. Is there another website that I could try? I have heard great things about this book so I am willing to pay a little extra to have it shipped, but I would much rather have an electronic version.

That seems to a huge increase in the prize of the book, "Commodore: a Company on the Edge". My friend was referring me about this as a good book to read. I think I will get it this week itself, so that I don't have to pay such a big amount for the same.
