CommVEx v5 door prizes

Post by rbernardo »

We're starting to gather door prizes for the event! Whereas you have to buy a ticket in order to win a raffle prize, every CommVEx attendee has a chance to win a door prize. First up, fashionable, silk-screened fabric, 64UM clothing patches, produced by Ralph Parrott.

Keep an eye on this thread for more door prizes,

Commodore wine as a door prize

Post by rbernardo »

Kevin Baysinger, the owner of Baysinger Cellars of Lodi, California, is graciously donating two or three bottles of his wine production for the July 25-26 CommVEx v5. From what he tells me, the wine will be a Malbec. At the moment, the wine is called, "Chateau du Haynie", in honor of CBM engineer Dave Haynie, who will be attending our show. Like last year, we'll be creating an elegant label to adorn the wine bottle.

As it's a door prize, all you have to do is pay your admission into CommVEx, and you'll have a chance to win a fine bottle of wine.

Truly,

Not exactly a door prize but each CommVEx attendee will receive a flippy disk of SID music, courtesy of Dave "Lord Ronin" Mohr of the Anything Commodore User Group (of Astoria, Oregon).

Last presented at MossyCon 5 during the spring,
