SAMS Commodore 1541 Troubleshooting & Repair Guide Avail

Well, sort of...

I had scanned and OCR'd this manual and was preparing to post it when, much to my surprise, the copyright holder (SAMS) declined my reprint request. The manual is a 'must have' for 1541 owners, and SAMS Mike King, (who can be contacted via http://www.samswebsite.com/contact.htm ) says he will sell an electronic copy to anyone who wants it for about $5.

Apparently SAMS is digitizing all of their old books and selling the lot to various technical libraries around the world. As such do not want any of their books to be in the public domain. From my end, this is exceptionally frustrating as I had tried to contact them 10+ times prior to being rejected. I suppose 'thats the way the cookie crumbles' so I will just dump my work and move on.
