What better way to celebrate classic computers than with classic shows/movies with computers in them! So, on Saturday night after the our usual Saturday buffet dinner at the Main St. Station Hotel & Casino, we'll be watching the following which are celebrating their 50th anniversary --
Star Trek episode - The Return of the Archons. Watch Captain Kirk use logic to defeat the computer, Landru.
Star Trek episode - The Ultimate Computer. Watch Captain Kirk use logic to defeat the computer, M5.
2001: A Space Odyssey. Watch Dave defeat the computer, the HAL 9000.
I sense a theme going on here...

Re: Late night at CommVEx v12 2016
With the release of the films, "Growing the 8-Bit Generation" and "The Last Jack Tramiel Interview", I may have to scrap the sci-fi classics off the late night schedule and replace them with the new Commodore films.

As a back-up to "Growing the 8 Bit Generation" and "The Last Jack Tramiel Interview", I now have a copy of "From Bedrooms to Billions", the film about the videogame industry in the United Kingdom.
