Hello, can someone help me with a fusecap for a 8032 SK.
Fuse and cap is missing so no live out of the 8032.

For a fuse cap I doubt it would be anything commodore specific, and used a standard fuse type you will find at Jameco.

Is there any other way to get (solder ?) a fuse inside so the system will work ?

Some holders spring load the fuse against a bayonnet cap and can be tricky to "jam", others with slot screw caps are easier - been known to wrap a few turns of dryer tape around the outer end of the fuse to interference fit it, but neither are solutions. Best to find another holder in the long run. For now gator clip a fuse in line or something to work on stuff under power. But if you're not used to working around live exposed mains - then just don't. 
If you're in a pinch, two piece plastic automotive holders with pigtails aren't hard to find.
