On the other side of town, there is the Pinball Arcade Museum, too.rbernardo wrote:In the same hotel, on the same floor, on the same weekend, there will

For skater girl, Jeri Ellsworth, (and others who are so inclined), the Crystal Palace Hotel & Casino has a roller-skating rink. Also there is the Mt. Charleston ice-skating rink (ooo, a welcome relief... Las Vegas will be roasting!).

Just found out today from the organizer of the Pinball Fantasy Expo that there is another show in the Plaza Hotel... Rollercon! Rollercon, a roller derby expo! The girls of Rollercon will show up at Pinball Fantasy (I wonder if I can get them to visit CommVEx?). Go to http://rollercon.com to find out more!rbernardo wrote:For skater girl, Jeri Ellsworth, (and others who are so inclined), the Crystal Palace Hotel & Casino has a roller-skating rink.

After Saturday CommVEx, eleven of us went to a Rollercon competition at the Cashman auditorium. The noise! The roller girls falling down! The roller girl who almost fell into us at the edge of the rink!!!! And Jeri gave a running narration of what was happening. Afterwards, all eleven of us crammed into Yul Haasman's Pontian Aztec and headed off back to the Plaza Hotel. There, most had a midnight dinner.
