CommVEx v14 exhibits

Post by rbernardo »

It's still early to think about this, but in celebration of its 20th anniversary, we will have at least 2 CMD SuperCPU 128's at the show.

Blazingly fast,

Look for it at this year's show... the newly-released book, "Commodore: the Amiga Years", by Brian Bagnall.

Merry Christmas!

In honor of its 25th anniversary, there will be one or two Amiga CD32's on exhibit. Now all we have to do is gather the game discs. :)

Happy New Year!

To power up the CD32's will be Ray Carlsen's new CD32 power supplies.

If the power supply can be found (or remade), the Commodore 386 laptop will be on exhibit! Not seen since CommVEx v1 or v2.

And running Windows 3.1 in French!

Interactivity is the word! And we want CommVEx attendees to interact with the Commodores and Amigas. So, up for interaction is Jim Happel's VR64 -- Virtual Reality 64 -- with 3-D game, Street Defender. Immerse yourself in the 3-D 8-bit world while trying to destroy alien creatures!

Also making its return to CommVEx is the Playstation guitar connected to the C64 via PSX64 adapter. You'll be able to fulfill your Guitar Hero needs with Toni Westbrook's Shredz64. Rock out!

Truly,

His CD32 power supplies are rated at 5 amps for the 5VDC line and 1.2 amps for the +12VDC line.

Being specific,

Leaving Creswell, Oregon and heading for California,
