From Richard Goedeken of the Southern California Commodore & Amiga Network, there will be a Plus/4 modded with a NTSC/PAL switchable Kernal and EPROMs that make the computer run cooler and more efficiently. Alongside will be an unmodded Plus/4 and the appropriate, uninstalled crystals and chips, ready for the conversion to a modded machine.
