Special video for CommVEx v10

Post by rbernardo »

CBM engineer Bil Herd wants to premiere a special video at CommVEx. He will film the disassembly of a rare piece of CBM hardware!

More details to come,

Bil has given me permission to say what the video is about. It will be a quick tear down/disassembly of the Commodore LCD computer.

A dream machine,

On Saturday, we had trouble running the 4-gig .mp4 video that Bil sent us; we couldn't find a powerful enough laptop to run the video without serious lag problems, and I didn't have time to convert it to run more easily. Finally, I discovered that Dave Maurer had a loaded laptop that could run the video. We delayed Bil's video until Sunday morning, and while we were eating CommVEx cake, we watched the video with its surprise ending! We were shocked! ;)

Still in Las Vegas until Sunday,
