Upgraded Forum is Now Functional

We have upgraded to the most recent version of our Bulletin Board software which allows us several advancements:1: It has enhanced security against bots so we have removed our added layer of security which will make many people happy
2: It is faster and seems to have fewer issues. We will still be migrating the site, including the forum, to a new server in the coming days to further improve stability
3: It is cleaner, better laid out
4: We can now use SMALL attachments. I set the limit to to 256K for now and will see how that goes. We can increase it if it is not used by spammers or flamers
5: We can readily load non-english languages
On the other side there are several issues to be addressed:1: Email sent to activate new accounts only seems to work if you request the email be resent. This is a documented bug and I hope it gets resolved soon.
2: We still have some design and config work left to complete
3: There seems to be some issue with uploading your own Avator
4: We have not completed testing
