Private Messaging Now Enabled

Now that we have successfully beaten the 'bots, we have enabled Private Messaging on this Forum.
If you wish to ask someone a question directly, you can now click the PM button at the bottom of the post in question and leave a message.
As long as this does not become a problem for users, we will keep this feature running.
