Major Problem With Site Corrected

Last year our site was hacked and we thought we had resolved and repaired the site within a day or two. Unfortunately, there was some residue left from the hack which was intermittently causing:

We became aware of the problem a few months ago but could not locate the issue. After many hours of work, we have found three residual issues from the attack and corrected them all. At this point we believe the 404 errors are now completely resolved.404
