New Member Steve Director - The Commodore Story Documentary

Hi Robert and the tribe,

I am the director of The Commodore Story - Changing the world 8-bits at a time on @Kickstarter! http://kck.st/2lwUckm

The main purpose of the documentary is to give the Commodore story not only from engineers at Commodore but from game creators, end users, publications and then leading on to what is happening in the Commodore world today.

I started on the Vic-20 worked programming commercially for the C64 and C128, (carped design controllers), and also worked commercially on the Amiga using it to build a concept video security system.

I know for me Commodore helped the direction of my life and is a big part of my history.

Commodore does not get the recognition it should have, the C64 sold more units than any other individual computer system and the thousands of people that used them have all been influenced by Commodore, after all before this time nobody had home computers, this is the first time in history EVER the computer invaded the home.

This is just a short outline of the motivation and I think you have a great story to tell and to show how Commodore is alive and well today.

Great to join you guys...

Congratulations on reaching your full funding goal, and here's to the success of your stretch goals. (I myself still have to make a Kickstarter pledge, but I'm leaning toward the Commodore Club Bulk Discount. :) )

Do you consider this as a continuation of the other film, "8-Bit Generation: the Commodore Wars"?

Heh, do you still have your programs? :)
