Thomson 4120 monitor, anyone have manual or technical specs?

Post by dorkshoei »

Hi.

Does anyone have a manual or technical info for this monitor? It was quite commonly used on the C128.

Mostly I'm looking for info on the front 4-position mode switch. I know it supports VGA but I'm curious if one of the other positions supports MDA.

It's believe the Thomson 4160 also had the same 4 position mode switch.

"There is a 4-way switch on the front 1 is for RGB, and 4 is for composite,2 and 3 work with the Luma/Chroma inputs."

"It's got a four-way switch on the base, for 40 Columns, 80 Col. Monochrome, and two other 80 Col. Modes (All 80's are RGBI). "
