Re: CleoRAM - improved GeoRAM - now available!
I wonder why GeoRAM clones are more popular than REU clones, which are virtually non-existent. IMHO the DMA function of the REU was a very useful thing, and using modern electronics the physical dimensions would be the fraction (even with 16MB RAM) of the original REU units and the original C64 PSU ...

The C16 doesn't have user port.
But the expansion port pinout is the same.

Re: is there a clone of norton commander for cp\m-128?
For CP/M yes, but not specifically for the C128. There's a project called File Commander for CP/M version 0.95 developed and released by Heiko Poppe, in January 2021. I think the main challenge is to put the .com and the other necessary files into a CP/M FDD image or in a CP/M formatted real floppy ...

Re: 1541 can write 1.2 DS\HD Floppy
Well, I had to google the ISOT brand
Personally I've never heard/seen that before.
We had TDK, Sony, Verbatim, Memorex, Parrot (in many different colors), Pelikan, 3M and of course noname floppy brands here back then.
I've got some 3M DD disks and a few noname DD ones, they're seem to work OK.

Re: C128D +5volt pin (compo\audio socket)
Hi,
That's an output. It was used mainly for signalling purposes: old CRT TV sets equipped with this 8 pin type input connector were automatically changed the source signal feed from tuner to the video input upon receiving 5 to 12V voltage from pin8.

Re: 1541 can write 1.2 DS\HD Floppy
I've experimented using HD disks in a 1541-II drive some years ago, but the results were disappointing for me. The drive wasn't able to format 3M HD disks at all, but some Verbatim (or Memorex?) ones could be formatted after multiple attempts. With the 3M HD ones the format process stopped at the ve...

Re: Petsoft 6502 FORTH
Hello, I think there's a sample program merged into this prg file during the conversion, which may explains why it doesn't run. If you check the very beginning of the file with a hex editor you'll see an explanation about the working principles of the four stroke piston engine. This doesn't seem rig...
